Hello All, I have heard from several libraries that are working on DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) initiatives and since this round of MPLF Grants is prioritizing innovative DEI programming and services, I thought some of you might like to see ALA's rubric for assessing a library's level of engagement in DEI.
