A reminder that Gary Nichols, State Librarian,  six staff members, Barbara
McDade from the Northeastern ARRC (Bangor Public Library), Betty Fraser of
the Maine Library Commission, and Benita Davis, NAMED Consultant will be at
Turner Memorial Library in Presque Isle on Wed, Jan. 30, 2002 from 10:00
a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  If you have not yet told Donna Rasche, Director of Turner
Memorial Library, that you can attend this meeting, please contact her
today.  School Librarians are welcome as Sylvia Norton, former MASL
President, will be part of the State Library team.  We are looking forward
to presenting information about the State Library but even more importantly
we are looking forward to answering your questions, hearing your issues and
concerns, and learning about local programs and plans.
