Got an idea for a new library program but need a little money to get it started? Want to expand a service to a new target audience? Attend an out-of-state workshop to learn about innovative and best practices?  It's MSL to the rescue! We are offering another round of grants in Spring 2018 with monies collected from the Maine Public Library Fund (income tax check-off). We will accept applications for project and professional development grant requests for $500, $1000, $2500, and $5000. The deadline to submit an application is Friday, April 13 at 5:00 p.m.

The online form does not allow for applicants to stop and finish the form later so
here is a copy of the application form you can print http://www.maine.gov/msl/libs/admin/funding/MPLF-February2017.pdf . I recommend you compose your application in a WORD document and then copy/paste it into the online form if you feel you won't be able to finish the form in one sitting. Good luck! Deb
