To join in this discussion. Since the Wayfair v. South Dakota ruling, Demco says it is required to charge sales tax from Maine purchasers until they have their tax exempt certificates on file.
Exemption Certificates can be sent to Demco Accounts Receivable Department at

The certificate must be specifically for the ordering organization. Please include with the certificate any invoice number(s) so that we are sure to link to the correct the correct account(s) as well as being able to credit the tax.

You might want to check all the vendors you deal with to see if they are also requiring sales tax exempt certificates.
