Hello All, Our regional NNLM (Network of the National Library of Medicine) office is offering grants of up to $2000 https://news.nnlm.gov/region_7/2023/03/08/nnlm-region-7-collection-equity-award-2/ to any library (all types) wanting to add collection materials related to health literacy and health and medical issues for underserved groups. This would be a good way to add to your health and wellness collection to support marginalized populations with special health needs (like LGBTQ+), those needing multi-language information in various formats, and those new to navigating the US healthcare system.
