Hi All, If you're looking for some additional programming ideas and staff development discussion topics, check out the archived workshops from past BTSL conferences at http://nlcblogs.nebraska.gov/bigtalk/previous-conferences/ .

I found the 2020 workshop "Fitness, Food, & Fun with Seniors (citizens that is)!" had some great ideas for older adult programming and partnerships. There's also a presentation from the recipient of the Best Small Library Award (Copper Queen Library, Bisbee, AZ).
