Schools and Libraries will be receiving a letter very soon from the Schools
and Libraries Division providing information for the Year 5 application
process.  This message is a heads-up about that letter which may go to
Super's Offices rather than Tech Coordinators, and an opportunity for us to
note more prominently the spefici deadlines that applicants must observe:

471 Filing Window  -  Nov. 5 to Jan. 17

December 12th - Last date to manually file a 470 and still have enough time
to file a 471 by Jan. 17th

December 20th - Last possible date to post a 470 electronically and meet the
28 day requirement.

Letters of Agency and POTS filing information will be posted and mailed
before Thanksgiving we hope.
