Question: #1 Can a library apply for New Century Grant funding to cover
architectural fees?
        Response: If the architect is to do a conceptual drawing or model
for the library, the answer is yes.  However, grants will not cover
architect's construction drawings.
Question #2  Can we apply for ADA projects with this round of New Century
Grant funding?
        Response: Not if  the proposed project would result in physical
changes to a library building.  The Commission decided that there       is
not enough money available ($133,896) to fund these type of projects this
year.
