Hello Library Directors,
March is really flying by and as we head into the third week of March, I want to remind you of the April 1, 2022 deadline to submit the Public Library Annual Report. I will be offering Zoom appointments for Annual Report assistance with extended evening hours to answer questions and assist with filling out and submitting the FY21 Public Library Annual Report.

Whether it's your first time doing the Public Library Annual Report or you're simply wanting to fine-tune your report, I'm here to help! To schedule an appointment, fill out the Request Form<https://forms.gle/CRagsJuVQwwDvsU9A> to indicate the days and times you are available to meet via Zoom. Once I receive your request, I will contact you within 1 business day to confirm the day and time of your appointment.

Submission Period - January 3, 2022 through April 1, 2022
Each library was mailed a letter in mid-December which contains all the information you need to get started. All usernames and passwords remain the same. If you can't find your login credentials, you can request it on the LibPAS login screen or contact me at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>

Deadline - The deadline to complete and submit your FY21 Public Library Annual Report is April 1, 2022.
