Gary and I are thrilled to inform you that L.D. 1471 sponsored by Rep.
Richard Rosen of Bucksport has passed unanimously in both the House and
Senate is now awaiting the Governor's signature.  This will provide $500,000
funding for statewide database licensing for the next two years.  We owe an
enormous amount of gratitude to Rep. Rosen and Senator Mary Cathcart for
