BM_425Grant Title: The Laura Bush Foundation Library Grants
Organization: The Laura Bush Foundation for America's Libraries
Deadline: February 28, 2003

The Laura Bush Foundation for America's Libraries is awarding grants worth
up to $5,000 to school libraries. The first lady established the foundation
last summer to help school libraries update, extend, or diversify their book
collections. Any school may apply, but priority for grants will be given to
those schools in which 75 to 100 percent of the school population receives
free or reduced lunch. Online submissions are encouraged.
