Hello All, For libraries experiencing municipal budget cuts or serious loss of revenue, ALA provides guidance on responding to a fiscal crisis at http://www.ala.org/advocacy/navigating-challenging-budget-year-budget-crosshairs . Ideally, supporter relationship building, library advocacy, and pre-planning for various budgeting scenarios should be on-going, BEFORE a crisis occurs, but the recommendations here may helpful when managing an unexpected and  challenging budget situation.
