Linda, this is a very great organization.  The list of books to choose from
is incredibly
well done, with annotations and excellent selection criteria.  We applied
last year, and
received wonderful books in time for our summer reading program.

I'd encourage people to apply.  The application is reasonable.  Our Friends
organization
came up with the matching amount, by doing a fundraiser.
