I agree that the USA PATRIOT Act "that allows law enforcement to

 Hopefully, the courts will feel that same way.

A court order is necessary for records to be obtained according to one of
our State's Assistant Attorney Generals.  If someone has found other
information, I would like to forward to the A.G. for a reaction.  Many
