Hello All, One thing we are seeing with this pandemic is how quickly circumstances can change, leading to confusion, fear, and mental health challenges. MSL has added a series of free online training programs related to trauma-informed library service in our Niche Academy at https://my.nicheacademy.com/mslstaff . Just search on keyword "trauma" and you'll see four program modules produced by the State Library of Oregon. This is a great discussion starter for your next staff meeting. Check them out. Deb
