Hi All, Did you know that Maine Association of Nonprofits member orgs can request a free technology or cybersecurity assessment via an MANP partner, RoundTable Technology. See details below or at http://www.nonprofitmaine.org/join/nonprofit-membership/member-benefits/pro-bono-technology-assessment/

Pro Bono Technology Assessments
MANP's pro bono technology assessment benefit provides our members with an opportunity to gain important insights about this essential element of their infrastructure. MANP members may select a technology OR cybersecurity assessment, either of which is the first step to creating a plan to address risks and to ensure that the organization has the necessary technology in place to advance its mission goals.
About the Technology Assessment
For organizations of ten (10) staff or more, this comprehensive, free technology assessment-a $3,000 value!- includes:
*        an introductory conference call with key stakeholders to outline the process;
*        a staff survey to gather direct input from end users;
*        six additional surveys to gather a complete picture of infrastructure, management, information security, and digital communications;
* a written summary of conclusions and recommendations; and
* a conference call with key stakeholders to review the report and answer questions.
For organizations with fewer than ten (10) employees, the recommended process is to complete the staff surveys only and conduct a 90-minute conference call followed by a summary of findings and recommendations.
About the Cybersecurity Assessment
Also for organizations of ten (10) staff or more, the cybersecurity assessment consists of the following stages and typically requires 2 - 3 total hours of engagement by the organization.
*        Kick-off call (30 minutes)
* Online cybersecurity survey (completed by the organization)
* Cybersecurity Assessment Meeting of up to one (1) hour
Deliverables:
* Cybersecurity Findings and Recommendations Report
* One-Year Roadmap for risk mitigation
*        Policy Templates
* Meeting to review and discuss deliverables
