A good mid-week afternoon to all,

Just sending out the obligatory reminder that the Maine State Library's enrollment period for free Zoom Pro accounts through Networkmaine will end this Friday! And to assist you in the process, we present you with our ever-so-simple one-stop Decision Tree for Zoom Pro through this offer:

  1. If you are not a representative of a public library, OR are a representative and do not want an account through this offer, STOP here. Thank you for your time. Otherwise, continue to 2.

  2. If your library has a Zoom Pro account through this offer and wants to keep it, continue to 4. So easy! Otherwise, continue to 3.

  3. If your library has a Zoom Pro account through this offer and wants to discontinue it OR does not have an account and wants either to receive one OR does not have an account and wishes to learn more, reply to this email with your decision or questions. Then you may STOP here (if discontinuing your existing account) or continue to 4 (if requesting a new account).

  4. Libraries receiving an account will be asked to provide a small amount of information: we simply need you to record each date of zoom use, number of attendees, general topic or program title, and whether anything came up of note during the zoom that you would like to share with us (optional). This will enable us to meet funding guidelines so we may continue to provide this service. If you have questions about this process, please send an email to [log in to unmask]

  5. There is no 5, that's it.

Thanks, and have a good rest of your day!
