FYI- EOC

The EOC final RFP will be released today with a April 4, 2016 due date.
The Federal Register notice is attached FYI.  COE will send them out as
soon as the documents are available on grants.gov.



The final RFP gives applicants an  increase in funding of 3% due to the 60
million increase the TRIO community secured, an increase in base award for
new applicants, and an increase in  the amount of awards awarded.
