Subject: Financial Freedom Survey for people with disabilities
To: [log in to unmask]

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

The Disability Employment Initiative and the Central-Western Maine
Workforce Development Board are organizing a conference for service
providers in June on financial security for people with disabilities.

We are interested in finding out from people with disabilities what their
experiences have been with various aspects of money and finances,
particularly financial services. The survey is not designed for research
purposes, but just to give us an idea of what people are experiencing.

If you have a disability, we encourage you to complete the survey as well
as forward it to others you may know, including your clients and colleagues.

The survey is accessible and anonymous and carries no obligation. Please
feel free to forward this to others.

Here is the survey link:

Thanks very much for your help.

My regards,

Peaches
