There's some interesting data bits in this study. Notice that they
aren't highlighting how few 0 EFC actually complete a 4yr degree. They
say only that 39% of all grant recipients complete a 4yr but then also
note that completion rates vary widely based on EFC. …Sure would be
interesting to see if we could get our hands on the raw data for this
study.

Should we see if we can get someone from NEBHE to come to MEEOA?
