*COE Weekly Update*

*August 8, 2016*

*Announcement:* COE wants to hear from your students and alumni! We want
to share their views about policy issues in education and beyond. Please
share this survey <http://bit.ly/TRIO2016> with your students and alumni to
let us know what issues they care about most during this 2016 election
season. The COE Public Policy team will gather this information for
distribution to both the Clinton and Trump presidential campaigns. This
information will also serve as a platform for first-generation student
concerns throughout the public policy arena. Please take a few minutes to
share your thoughts and help us give a voice to first-generation
communities.
