Good Afternoon MEEOA Members!

Please read the attached document *Before* the business meeting.

Attached you will find the proposed amended Bi-laws that will be discussed
and hopefully voted on at the State MEEOA business meeting that will occur
during the annual NEEOA conference in Cape Cod, MA April 6-8 2016.

There will be a* limited* amount of printed copies available at the
meeting. PLEASE PRINT a personal copy if you would like a copy for the
meeting.
