DECEMBER 11, 2015)EDHE 680A1- FOUNDATIONS OF EDUCATIONAL ACCESS AND
OPPORTUNITY PROGRAMS: This foundations course provides a framework for
considering the role of data, policy, retention literature, educational
opportunity and advocacy. Students will explore the history of expanding
access and opportunity in higher education and the use of educational
attainment data to formulate policies that support student access to higher
education, successful transition, persistence and graduation.Faculty:  The
course will be taught by Dr. Oscar Felix, Associate Vice-President for
Enrollment, Access and Diversity at Colorado State University – Fort
Collins and Ms. Andrea Reeve,Instructor, Student Affairs in Higher
Education for the School of Education, CSU Online at Colorado State
University – Fort CollinsEDHE 680A1 can be applied towards the College
Access and Success Certificate when approved in October 2015 and toStudent

Fall 2015 courses.  This course is three graduate level credits and is
offered from August 24 – December 11, 2015. SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLECOE is
proud to announce the availability of 2 scholarships for full tuition
($1755).  Applicants must complete the COE online scholarship application

applicants must submit the following: 1. Resume2. One letter of

applications are due by Friday, August 14.  Please note that you need to be
registered for the class before you can apply for the scholarship.
