HOCKEY EAST KARHU PLAYER OF THE WEEK
ERIC BOGUNIECKI, SR F, NEW HAMPSHIRE
Boguniecki (West Haven, CT) tallied five goals and four assists for nine
points as the Wildcats won three games.  Boguniecki scored two goals and an
assist in each of UNH's two league wins over Northeastern and Mass Amherst.
He ranks third in overall scoring in Hockey East with 17 goals and 27
assists for 44 points in 27 games.

Maine); Rob Beck (F, Merrimack); Stefan Brannare (F, Providence).
 
HOCKEY EAST ROOKIES OF THE WEEK
JEFF FARKAS, F, BOSTON COLLEGE
FERNANDO PISANI, F, PROVIDENCE
Farkas (Williamsville, NY) scored two goals and added two assists in an 8-6
loss at Maine.  Pisani (Edmonton, ALTA) notched his first career hat trick
in an 8-2 win at UMass Lowell.  Farkas has recorded eight goals and 16
assists for 24 points in 23 games, while Pisani has nine goals and 11
assists for 20 points in 26 games.
