Great day to go to a hockey game, 85 or 90 degrees out and 50 degrees in
Alfond:). Really enjoyed watching guys from the past skate at the Alfond
again. Although some weren't quite in the same shape they played in during
their Black Bear days you could see the old days in their games.
One other thing I thought of was how some of those guys became 3rd or 4th
liners(grinders and checkers) at Maine when its likely they would have been
1st or 2nd liners at other schools. There has been alot of talent at UMaine
over the years, today made be appreciate it that much more.
As far as who won or lost, who cares, over the years we Maine fans have
won.:)
