The NCAA Appeals Committee has scheduled a hearing for Tuesday in which to
hear Maine's appeal case.
 
The Appeals Committee, as I understand it, is not a member of the NCAA.
It's an independent committee who will hear this information for the first
time.  They will look at Maine's self-report, and the NCAA's report.  The
hearing will be for the NCAA and Maine to answer questions the committee has
and to provide their respective sides.
 
A decision, and the subsequent end to this three-year drama, will be a
couple weeks after the hearing, likely before the end of next month.
 
Finally the end is near..
