Former University of Maine forward Jean-Yves Roy was sent to
Providence of the American Hockey League by the Boston Bruins
yesterday.
 
Roy's pro career has been spent in the AHL where he has consistantly
been in the tops in scoring but has never been able to crack the
lineups in the NY Rangers, Ottawa and now Boston opening day lineups.
