HOCKEY EAST KARHU PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MIKE SYLVIA, JR F, BOSTON UNIVERSITY
Sylvia (Newton, MA) scored three goals and added an assist to lead BU in a
weekend sweep of New Hampshire.  Sylvia scored two goals and an assist in
Friday's 9-4 win by BU and notched the game winner in overtime on Sunday in
a 3-2 victory.  Sylvia has 10 goals and nine assists for 19 points overall
in 19 games played.

Maine); Ryan Sandholm (F, Mass Lowell); Martin Legault (G, Merrimack);

HOCKEY EAST ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
GREG KOEHLER, F, MASS LOWELL
Koehler (Scarborough, ONT) scored two goals and added three assists in a
1-1-0 weekend for the River Hawks.  Koehler, who received his second Rookie
of the Week Award of the season, had a goal and an assist in a 6-4 win over
Boston College on Friday and a goal and two assists in an 8-5 loss to Maine
on Saturday.  He leads all Hockey East rookies in overall scoring with
eight goals and 13 assists for 21 points in 18 games.

Boston University); Ben Guite (F, Maine); Joe Savioli (F, Merrimack); Billy
Newson (F, Northeastern).
