HOCKEY EAST KARHU PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MICHEL LAROCQUE, SO G, BOSTON UNIVERSITY
Larocque (Dieppe, NB) posted two wins as BU clinched a share of the regular
season title.  Larocque stopped 48 of 50 shots, including 29 against New
Hampshire, and recorded a 1.00 GAA and a .960 save percentage.  He leads
all Hockey East netminders in league GAA (2.57) and overall GAA (2.34), as
well as overall save percentage (.913).
HONORABLE MENTION: Jamie O'Leary (F, Boston College); Dan Shermerhorn (F,
Maine); Casey Kesselring (F, Merrimack); Eric Nickulas (F, New Hampshire);
Scott Campbell (F, Northeastern).
 
HOCKEY EAST ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
BLAKE BELLEFEUILLE, F, BOSTON COLLEGE
Bellefeuille (Framingham, MA) notched his first career hat trick in the
Eagle's 7-5 win over Northeastern on Friday.  He tallied two shorthanded
goals in the victory, one of which proved to be the game-winner.
Bellefeuille has scored 13 goals and added 16 assists for 29 points in 30
games.
