You misunderstood.  Machnik's post which slammed me was public - on this
Maine list.  I suggested to him that any attempt to post something further
to me would be made public.  I told him UP FRONT.
 
I respect what you said, and I agree.  I wouldn't do it, if I hadn't said
so ahead of time.
