The funny thing is Selanne's contract is for 5.8 million so he didn't bite
the bullet. Kariya at 1.2 million is quite a steal and next year may be the
last as Collective Bargaining agreement is history in 2004. Sakic at Center
and Kariya and Selanne at forwards would be a blast:). Now all they have to
do is talk Roy out of retirement. At this point the Avs aren't favorites
IMHO as they have nothing in  net so look for a trade to get a goalie. Maybe
they can get Giguere:)
