We have the same issue at our school. I even had a teacher who had a
personal macbook pro 10.6 which runs IC gradebook really slow at the
school but it runs fine at his house.

As you note 'with Apple computers', do I infer that non-Macs are ok?
Are you using parental controls on these Macs?

What is the InfiniteCampus URL being attempted?
Is this problem intermittent or persistent?
Is other browsing slow during the time IC is?
