I'm planning to go to the JBS spring meeting, but likely won't get to
Lewiston until very late on Friday night, so I'll stay in a motel.  Looking

Subject: JBS Spring Meeting Announcement

The *Spring JBS meeting*, entitled Challenging groups in the flora of Maine,
is scheduled for Sat., 28 March 2009, 9am -3pm, in Chase Hall, Bates
College,

Lewiston.The goal of this meeting is to review some of the most
taxonomically challenging groups in Maine, including Sphagnum (presented by
Dick Andrus), Fungi (Seanna Annis), Lichens (Steve Selva), Crataegus (Arthur
Haines), and Amelanchier (Chris Campbell).  The pre-registration cost for
this meeting is $15 and should be sent to Rick Speer (check payable to JBS,
mailed to 566 N. Auburn Road, Auburn, ME 04210) by March 20.  (Registration
at the door will be $20.)
