Does anyone know the best way to get rid of black swallowwort?  There is a site in Boothbay Harbor with tons of the nasty plant.  The landowner would like to eradicate it if possible.  I think she plans to pull it up and then burn it.  I told her I would check if  there is a better recommendation.  Many thanks, Lauren
