At the spring meeting a fairly recent law change was mentioned by 
one of the panelists. Possibly allowing a tax benefit on property 
with rare plants. I would like to find out something more definite 
about it, but the local people don't know anything about it. 
Can someone give me a statue reference??? 
year and or LD number?
