Well John, it looks like Maine has conned, suckered, at least one team
to play at Alfond.  Maine and Clarkson (and I believe St. Lawrence) have
agreed to play a non-league series.  I think that it will be Clarkson
playing two games at Alfond next season and Maine travelling the season
after, this alternation for four seasons.  If St. Lawrence is included,
perhaps it will be like the BC and UNH set up where the Hockey East team
plays one team Friday and the other Saturday.  I feel that this is a
good agreement for Clarkson and Maine.  Both teams are near the top of
their league and are good post season prospects.  I just hope that
Clarkson can beat Maine like they did my freshman year, 1983: 13-1 or 3
:-).
