First of all, I'm prejudiced. I root for 1. Wisconsin; 2. Miami; 3.
whomever is playing Michigan; 4. whomever is playing Minnesota. That
said...

Congrats to the best team in college hockey this year. No doubt about it.
Michigan was the best. Funny how those sports moguls at Bally's in Vegas
had them as odds-on favorites to win the tournament way back when they
weren't looking so hot.

The biggest complaint I have against Michigan is "Hail to the Victors".
After the 50th time in a game, it gets old. After the 100th time, it's even
older. By the 500th, I'm working on alternate lyrics. My experience at UW
and Miami is that the school fight song (or, in UW's case, the Bud song) is
played at the beginning and end of each period, and after each goal. NOT
after:
 - each save
 - each shot
 - each time-out
 - each opponent's goal
 - each penalty
 - the team returns to the ice
 - the period is about to start
 - the team leaves the ice
 - the refs return to the ice
 - the refs leave the ice
 - the zamboni enters the ice
 - the zamboni makes each turn
 - the zamboni leaves the ice (you get the idea)

But I did like the "Bullwinkle cheer", or whatever they call it.
