An actual fifteen second clip of the USA's defeat of Sweden (aside: in what I
suppose we can literally call THE WORLD's ugliest uniforms) last night on
ESPN.  Keith Obermann first intentionally mispronounced Parris Duffus'
name in the usual way, then pronounced it correctly to prove he could,
I guess, and finally finished up with the opinion, "and you can take it from
me, all the Duffuses go to Cornell".  Another proud alum speaketh.
 
Anyway, Duffus has backed the USA all the way to the tournament semifinal
against (from memory now, no guarantees) the winner of Germany-Czech Republic.
If nothing else, he's getting great exposure.  I hope the Blues (or whoever
holds his rights these days) is paying attention.
