An incident similar to that which Erik Biever wrote about the Minn-Wisc game
happened during the Colgate at Clarkson game this year.  While protesting a
goal, Clarkson goalie John Fletcher grabbed onto the ref's arm.  He was given
a 5 minute misconduct for this.  While he was sitting in the box, Colgate was
able to score another goal.  This whole incident changed the flow of the game.
From what I've seen, the goalie usually *does* sit in the penalty box.  As he
rightly should.
