If the puck is caught and dropped immediately, play shall continue;  if not, pla
y shall be stopped.
If the hand is closed on the puck (on or off the ice) and the puck is thrown, a
minor penalty shall be assessed.
Rule 6-19 Hitting after the whistle... A minor penalty shall be
imposed on a player who makes physical contact with an opponent,     including t
he goalkeeper, anywhere on the rink after the whistle (see rule 6-6)
Any one of the five disqualified players may be assessed more than
one disqualification penalty after the altercation.
Rule 6-42-c  Start of Game and Periods...Pregame warm-ups shall
not exceed 15 minutes.
