Hello Maine GeoLibrary Data Catalog Consumers,

The following changes have occurred to the Maine GeoLibrary data holdings in the past month:

Added to the Catalog:
-Self-service map-making application: https://maine.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=85781934317b43bfa1776404325236cb

Updated:
-Maine Contours 2 Feet 19TCH Feature
-Maine Contours 2 Feet 19TCJ Feature
-Maine Contours 2 Feet 19TCK Feature
-Maine Contours 2 Feet 19TDJ Feature
-Maine Contours 2 Feet 19TDK Feature
-Maine E911 Addresses Feature
-Maine E911 Roads Feature
-Maine E911 Addresses, Roads, Structure and PSAP FGDB

Deprecated:
None

Reminders:
-The self-service map-making application was created to allow public users to create basic maps of towns or similar areas of interest, and export them to PDF format for printing from the user's computer. Please note that this Beta version is subject to changes in content and availability. The current print function produces a basic output based on your visible area. Future enhancements will look to deploy some additional preconfigured scale controls and print formatting to the map output.
-The recommended method for accessing the 2-foot contour data layers is via web services. The 2-ft contour services can be found here: https://gis.maine.gov/arcgis/rest/services/Hosted. GIS software clients may consume ArcGIS REST services, or OGC WFS services, for each of these tiles.

The next scheduled maintenance Sunday is October 16, 2022.

Thank you for your support of the Maine GeoLibrary and its projects.

Sincerely,

Emily Pettit
GIS Coordinator
