Greetings, 

Due to the bad weather forecast, the Chair has decided to cancel the
Board meeting scheduled for tomorrow. I concur. The travel north and
south to Augusta would be time consuming and risky. The agenda will be
pushed forward to the next scheduled meeting on February 17th. Please
try to notify anyone you think might have planned to attend.
