I am not qualified to weigh in on this, but to my untutored eye
"mainegeolibrary.org" seems most appropriate. Thank you, Mike - you'll
get more informed feedback from other board members.

Subject: URL portal

Actually now that I think about it, the GeoLibrary really should have
its own domain name. The URLs I previously suggested indicate that the
portal is a "maine.gov" system, which is not really true. It is a
GeoLibrary system, which just happens to be hosted by Maine OIT for the
time being.

I took the liberty of trying a few and the domain "mainegeolibrary.org"
is available. "geolibrary.org" is not available.

Any thoughts on this?
