DEVTRACK has been UPDATED in the MEGIS internet Data Catalog,
http://megis.maine.gov/catalog.  DEVTRACK is intended to track
development by counting the number of electrical connections by a 500
square meter grid. Electrical connection numbers have been provided by
Central Maine Power Company and Bangor Hydro Electric Company.  Please
refer to the metadata for complete information.
