It appears that the GeoLibrary bond request did not make it into the
$306M bond request which came out of the Governor's office.  The details
are here:

As far as I can tell there is nothing from the Dept. of Administrative
and Financial Services in the request (GeoLibrary bond would have come
from DAFS) and nothing at all that pertains to geospatial data or our
bond request.
