There is also a significant potential for nuisance level odor and heat
capture that could be felt in the Westwood and Mountain View neighborhoods,
primarily in summer months.  There is also a potential for regular
application of anti-microbials as part of the maintenance routine. These
chemicals tend to be indiscriminate with respect to good versus bad
microbes, including those that are beneficial to healthy skin.  They also
introduce another groundwater concern.
