General info regarding Nordic skiing and equipment opportunities for area
students -

 

Youth Program:  A non-OMS ski program sponsored by PVSC for students grades
5 - 8.  Informational sheets are available at the OMS office and will be at
the equipment lease night.

 

Youth Equipment:  Nordic ski equipment for skiers 8th grade and younger is
available for seasonal lease through MWSC.  The fitting night is Monday, Nov
23rd from 4pm to 5:30pm downstairs at the Keith Anderson House.  Visit the
Orono Parks & Rec website for details.

 

OHS Program:  Nordic skiing is an OHS varsity winter sport under Head Coach
Cid Dyjak.  Pre-season practice starts Monday, Nov 23rd.

 

OHS Equipment:  Nordic ski equipment for HS team skiers is available for
seasonal lease through PVSC.  The fitting night is Thursday, Dec 3rd from
5pm to 7pm in the Senior Room at Bangor Parks & Rec building.
