David Griffith is correct about US law.  In UK law copyright is still 70 
years from the death of the author.

While I respect and support the wish to have the approval of the Pound 
estate in such matters, I must also point out that works published prior to 
1923 -- which includes the Blast material from 1914-1915 -- are now in the 
public domain and may be freely used without permission.
