Subject: Pound line

So does anyone in this august company know the whereabouts or origins
of a Pound line that goes roughly, 'technical accuracy is the measure of a poet's sincerity'.
I just heard the line earlier this afternoon, and am going from memory which is somewhat feeble.
Thanks,

Merry Christmas all!

Peter Montgomery
