well, perhaps in the abstract.  the word political refers to the political
dimension, and not the other way around.  it does not mean that that
political is identical with "sameness."  when one fleshes out the political
dimension (meaning) inherent in "each (all) thing is political", then some
have more meaningful content than others, so Carol's point is valid in the
sphere also.
